Due to the potentially dangerous nature of our work, we surround ourselves with layers of proactive strategy, planning, and hazard mitigation. We embrace a behavioral-based safety program: safely plan every project down to individual task levels, perform regular safety assessments, and strive to continually improve training and establish a workable protocol.

In addition to the standard OSHA-required safety programs for the construction and hazardous waste industries, RECON has implemented a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program that is a peer-to-peer driven process designed to improve safety awareness, safety culture, and safely-executed work behaviors. As a result, safe workplaces, habits, and conditions are created at every work site, office, and personal environment away from work. By identifying at-risk behaviors, our team can analyze trends and work as a team to provide the necessary education and tools to eliminate potentially hazardous behaviors.
