Josh Holecek is the Gulf Coast Branch Manager of RECON.
Josh joined RECON in 2012 and has since served in multiple roles on a wide range of projects, including soil stabilization, landfill capping, site development, demolition, and other specialized environmental and civil remediation efforts.
Josh is responsible for ensuring that projects have the necessary resources to be executed safely, efficiently, and successfully. He plays a key role in supporting field teams, aligning personnel and equipment needs, and maintaining project momentum from the pre-planning and estimating phases through completion.
With a focus on operational excellence and team leadership, Josh works closely with the field leadership teams to deliver high-quality results while upholding safety and performance standards across all phases of execution.
