Steven R. Birdwell is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Remedial Construction Services L.P. (RECON) an environmental and geotechnical construction company. In 1989, Mr. Birdwell founded RECON to meet the growing demand for specialized construction services created by new regulations.
Jerry O. Mason is President of Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON), a leader in the environmental remediation and geotechnical construction industry with the ability to design and build solutions for clients’ geotechnical, civil and environmental needs.
Danny P. Brown is Senior Vice President of Operations for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Mr. Brown has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry, with a primary focus in multi-faceted, long-term hazardous waste management projects.
Timothy Meade is Vice President of Operations for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). His primary responsibility is ensuring all projects have the necessary management and field resources for safe and successful execution and that every project is delivered without injury, impact to the environment, on schedule, under budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
Tricia B. Irion is Chief Financial Officer for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Ms. Irion has over 30 years of financial experience in the industrial services, oil and gas, chemical, and environmental industries.
Richard Jordan is Senior Director of Technical and Corporate Initiatives for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for the further development of RECON’s portfolio of regional and national accounts, developing and implementing growth strategies, revenue and earnings growth, and managing the company’s Business Development group.
Jack K. Maserejian is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). As a 27-year industry veteran, Mr. Maserejian is a major contributor to opportunity identification, development and implementation of market-driven growth strategies in support of RECON’s revenue and growth ambitions. Mr. Maserejian’s responsibility also includes the development and execution of business development, proposal development and marketing efforts.
Dawn E. Smith is the Director of Human Resources for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Ms. Smith has over 25 years of experience in building high-performance teams. Her strong operational and HR experience gives her the ability to create teams by attracting and developing the best talent while building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. Ms. Smith oversees all HR operations for the organization.
Joseph Vendetti is Vice President of Decommissioning & Demolition (D&D) for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Mr. Vendetti is an industry Leader in D&D with over 31 years of experience and is widely recognized as a subject matter expert in the field. With a full knowledge of construction and demolition techniques, Mr. Vendetti’s experience in the heavy industrial market will effectively build strategic relationships within the power and industrial sectors. Mr. Vendetti is also a member of the prestigious safety committee for the National Demolition Association.
Shannon King is a Business Unit Leader for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Mr. King has 28 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry with expertise in facility management, large environmental and capital projects, and projects at remote locations. He has a working knowledge of industrial safety, operational efficiency, quality control, security and environmental compliance. His primary focus at RECON is to leverage his proven experience working with major clients to find value added solutions to their project needs while effectively managing overall project execution.
Dale Evans is a professional engineer who serves as the Senior Director of Technology and Strategy. His career spans 39 years providing geotechnical and environmental services. This extensive experience and technical expertise enables Mr. Evans to provide the insight needed to effectively determine the best solution to each project.
Mr. Watts has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental underwriting, consulting and remediation construction industry, with a primary focus in stewarding corporate HSE functions and managing large-scale remediation projects.
Mr. Tanner established and continues to grow RECON’s northeast operations furthering the company’s reputation as an outstanding environmental construction provider. Tom has secured business in the region with utility, chemical, manufacturing and geotechnical companies.
Rick Meyers serves as Business Unit Leader for the Midwest region for RECON. Since joining in 2007, his experience has been focused on large, high profile environmental and civil construction projects that include remediation, decontamination, soil & waste treatment, solidification/stabilization, dewatering and water treatment.
Sean Rome joined RECON in 2017 as the Business Unite Leader for Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) with more than 19 years of experience consulting in engineering and environmental construction. Mr. Rome has extensively managed large portfolio engineering and construction projects for electric utility providers for over a decade.
With nearly 40 years in the industry, Clint Miller joined RECON in early 2015 and has served in leadership roles as a Senior Program Manager and now as a Vice President, responsible for leading the company’s Gulf Coast Business Unit.
Since 2013, Scott Price has served as the Large Cap Business Unit Leader for RECON. He maintains overall responsibility for project performance and successful completion, including health and safety, cost, schedule, materials procurement and client satisfaction.
Mr. LaRue has extensive design and management experience in a comprehensive range of specialty geotechnical methods for such applications as deep foundations, underpinning, earth retention/excavation support, soil stabilization and ground improvement. His deep foundations experience includes micropiles, mini-caissons, CFA, hollow bar, helical piles, drilled shafts, displacement piles, static and dynamic load testing.
