Tricia B. Irion is Chief Financial Officer for Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON). Ms. Irion has over 30 years of financial experience in the industrial services, oil and gas, chemical, and environmental industries. At RECON, Ms. Irion is responsible for all support functions of the organization including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Controls, and Fleet Management. Included in the Finance area is financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, insurance, treasury and taxes. She works closely with the Board of Managers, the private equity owner group, outside financial institutions and all outside service providers.
Previous to joining RECON, Ms. Irion served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for HydroChem Industrial Services, Inc. Prior to that, she held vice president, corporate controller and manager of financial analysis and reporting roles at Hydrochem where she lead and directed accounting, treasury, tax, information technology, purchasing, and corporate facility groups. She was also responsible for all financial reporting, both internally and externally, working closely with private equity owner groups and coordinating financial reporting and organizing due diligence efforts connected with equity sales.
Ms. Irion has her BBA in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
