Houston, TX - Recon is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Exclusive Project Management Agreement with AESI. Under this Agreement Recon will manage the design, construction and operation of AESI’s innovative Vertical Flow Reactor (VFR) that incorporates Sub and Super Critical Wet Oxidation. Under the agreement Recon will assist AESI by acting as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor for all VFR plants built in the US and China as well as other countries in which Recon is currently active.

 

AESI is at the forefront of developing commercial application for the VFR process for:

 

1. Solid Waste-to-Energy Applications

2. Ethanol Production

3. Hazardous Waste Destruction

4. Sewage-to-Energy Applications

 

The agreement provides AESI with professional project management by a national leader in the environmental industry. Recon gains access to AESI’s innovative technology as an alternative solution to address difficult environmental issues.

 

In addition to supplying Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations and Maintenance, Recon will also:

 

1. Assist with Business Development

2. Support Permitting

3. Supply Insurance

4. Develop Annual Planning and Budgeting VFR’s Waste-to-Energy Application
